Mariveles, Bataan – The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) recently formalized a Contract of Lease with KLUTCH Inc. through a ceremonial signing held on March 5, 2026. The agreement covers the lease, rehabilitation, renovation, and redevelopment of a commercial building located within the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB).
The contract was signed by AFAB Administrator and Chief Executive Officer Hussein P. Pangandaman and KLUTCH Inc. President Dexter F. Mendigoria, marking the beginning of a partnership aimed at maximizing the use of existing facilities within the Freeport.
Under the agreement, the leased property will be utilized for realty development activities. The project is expected to contribute to the revitalization of commercial spaces within the FAB and support the growing demand for business and property development in the area.
This initiative aligns with AFAB’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the Freeport’s investment environment by providing enterprises with opportunities to establish and expand their operations.
