Subic, Zambales — The Municipal Health Office (MHO) of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Subic recently conducted various medical and health services in the “tawid-dagat” sitios of Barangay Cawag, namely Sitio Nagbayukan, Sitio Parola, and Sitio Sampaloc.
The activity aimed to bring essential healthcare services closer to residents, particularly those living in remote and geographically isolated communities. This initiative reflects the commitment of the LGU of Subic, under the leadership of Mayor Jonathan D. Khonghun, to ensure inclusive and accessible health services for all constituents.
Among the services provided were pneumonia vaccination, a rabies awareness campaign, and health promotion activities focusing on proper nutrition. These services were intended to help prevent illness and promote overall health and well-being within the community.
The Municipal Health Office expressed its gratitude to all individuals and partners who participated in and supported the activity. The LGU of Subic continues to strengthen its efforts in delivering quality healthcare services, ensuring that even the most remote communities are reached. (Subic Municipal Health Office)
