Metrobank assures clients that they may still access their accounts and perform transactions via the Metrobank Online site and App, withdraw cash from any ATMs nationwide, and deposit cash instantly using Cash Accept Machines.
Clients are reminded to complete their branch-based transactions ahead of the holidays to avoid any inconvenience.
As part of its continued commitment to clients’ account safety, Metrobank also reminds customers to stay vigilant against fraud, especially during holidays. Clients are advised to never share sensitive account information and to immediately report any suspicious activity through Metrobank’s official hotline at (02) 88-700-700.
