Olongapo City – The Local Government of Olongapo, led by Mayor Atty. Rolen Paulino Jr., through the City Tourism Office, conducted the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Seminar on March 13, 2026 at the Civic Center.
The seminar gathered tourism frontliners and stakeholders from various sectors in the city, providing them with an opportunity to enhance their service skills and strengthen their understanding of the Filipino brand of service. Participants were trained to deliver quality service that reflects professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for every visitor.
In his message, Mayor Paulino emphasized the important role of people in creating meaningful and memorable experiences for tourists visiting the city.
“We take pride in our people—our staff and crew who are always ready to deliver the best experience, even through a simple smile. We thank the Tourism Department and the Department of Tourism Region III for initiatives like this that continue to strengthen tourism in Olongapo City,” Mayor Paulino said.
The FBSE Seminar is another step forward in the city government’s continuing efforts to further develop the tourism sector and showcase the excellence, dedication, and hospitality of the Olongapeño community.
