Olongapo City – The Olongapo City Local Government Unit, under the leadership of Rolen Paulino Jr., in partnership with the Olongapo–Zambales Artists, formally inaugurates ALAB SINING 2026 through a ribbon-cutting ceremony in celebration of National Arts Month this February.

The activity underscores the City Government’s steadfast commitment to promoting cultural development and supporting the local arts community. ALAB SINING 2026 serves as a platform to recognize and showcase the creativity, talent, and passion of Olongapo’s artists while fostering greater appreciation for the arts among residents, students, and visitors.

The celebration features a series of activities designed to engage the public and highlight various forms of artistic expression:

February 20 – Life Drawing Session

February 21 – Painting Contest

February 22 – Live Mural Demonstration and Workshop

February 27 – Judging and Awarding of the Painting Contest and Interpretative Dance Contest, followed by the Culmination Program

Through ALAB SINING 2026, the City Government reaffirms its commitment to strengthening cultural identity, encouraging artistic excellence, and sustaining programs that nurture local talent.
