Pampanga, Philippines — Kabalén, exciting news for all of us! The Pampanga Floating Hospital is about to set sail to visit our coastal barangays and bring essential healthcare services right to our doorsteps. This is a huge step in making sure that everyone, no matter how far they live from the city, gets the medical care they need.

Earlier today, the Provincial Health Office (PHO), led by Dr. Dax Tidula, conducted a successful dry run of the floating hospital. With the help of dedicated health workers, nearly 60 local residents were served with primary health services, including blood extractions, ECG tests, and dental check-ups.

The floating hospital has the capacity to serve 50 to 100 patients at a time, and when fully operational, it will offer even more services like ultrasound, X-rays, medical consultations, minor surgeries, and OB check-ups.

Once it docks in your barangay, the floating hospital will stay for over a week, ensuring that our neighbors receive the medical care they deserve. Whether it’s a routine check-up or urgent treatment, it will be there to help address any health concerns in the community.

This initiative is a true testament to the power of community and collaboration. It’s a chance for us all to take care of each other, making healthcare accessible and available to every Kabalén, no matter where they live.

We can’t wait for this amazing service to reach our coastal barangays — stay tuned for more updates, and get ready to welcome the floating hospital to your community!
