San Marcelino, Zambales — The Municipality of San Marcelino has finalized preparations for the Singkamas Festival 2026, scheduled to take place from February 17 to 22, 2026.

On February 6, a final coordination meeting was convened and led by Mayor Elvis Ragadio Soria, together with Singkamas Festival Executive Committee Chairman Evangeline Rodriguez, and attended by officials and department heads of the Local Government Unit of San Marcelino. The meeting focused on comprehensive planning and inter-agency coordination to ensure the successful, safe, and orderly conduct of the festival.

Key areas discussed included traffic management, public safety and security, crowd control, and the availability of medical and emergency services throughout the duration of the celebration.

The Singkamas Festival 2026 will feature a diverse lineup of cultural, economic, and entertainment activities, including:

Trade Fair and Kadiwa ng Pangulo

Zumba Marathon and Hip-Hop Dance Showdown

Grand Ball and Balikbayan Night

LGU and Barangayan Night

Drum and Lyre Competition

Grand Street Dancing Competition

Singkamas Festival Concert

Reveille and Grand Civic Parade

Grand Fireworks Display

Local officials anticipate a significant number of attendees, including visitors from neighboring municipalities and provinces.
