The program focuses on four core HR pillars: Recruitment, Selection and Placement; Learning and Development; Performance Management; and Rewards and Recognition.
At present, the Provincial Government of Zambales has shown notable strength in the area of Performance Management, highlighted by effective practices, streamlined processes, and sound governance.
