San Fernando, Pampanga – Three Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) jeepneys were set on fire at the Bulaon Public Market in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, in the morning of January 26, 2026.

According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) CSFP, the fire started at around 3:40am, and was raised to the first alarm around 4:16am, before declaring fire out at around 4:24am.

There were no passengers inside the said jeepneys, with the BFP CSFP reporting that no other infrastructures were damaged during the fire.

The said fire destroyed P450,000 worth of vehicle. Authorities are still investigating the source of the fire, urging the public to be careful and ensure the safety of their vehicles to avoid experiencing the same incident. (By Jonas Reyes)
