The ₱95.26-million project is being implemented through the partnership of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Dingalan and the Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA), with support from the national government.

The planned facility will include a fish port with a trading hall and office, an ice plant and ice storage facilities, a powerhouse equipped with a solar panel system, and three public toilets designed to support fishing operations and market activities in the municipality.

Cong. Rommel Rico T. Angara said the project seeks to address the needs of local fisherfolk by providing proper storage and preservation facilities for fish products, reducing post-harvest losses, and improving the overall efficiency of fish trading in Dingalan.
