Subic Bay Freeport Zone — The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), through its Public Health and Safety Department (PHSD), held a Health and Wellness Caravan at Harbor Point Ayala Mall on January 28, 2026.

With the theme “Live Well, Live Long: A Health and Wellness Caravan on Managing Lifestyle Diseases,” the activity aimed to promote healthy lifestyles and raise awareness on the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases.

The caravan featured Dr. Maria Olivia E. Alquizar-Ogalesco, an Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine Specialist, who shared practical insights on managing lifestyle diseases through healthy habits and preventive care.
