CLARK FREEPORT, Pampanga – Workforce readiness and organizational agility took center stage as the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) and the Clark Investors and Locators Association (CILA) gathered more than 200 locator companies for the association’s 2nd Quarter General Membership Meeting at Widus Clark Hotel on June 23.
CDC President and Chief Executive Officer Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera joined industry leaders in discussions on strengthening leadership and developing a future-ready workforce to sustain Clark’s competitiveness as a premier investment destination.
Held under the theme, “Navigating the Future Work: Leadership, Talent, and Organizational Success,” the meeting focused on preparing businesses for rapid technological advancements and evolving workplace demands.
Keynote speaker Jesus Gregorio “Nonong” Noriega III emphasized the need for organizations to invest in talent development, adaptive leadership, and workforce resilience to remain competitive in a changing global economy.

The event also brought together CILA Chairman Atty. Gerald Medina, President Ernesto “Teng” Gorospe, Vice Chairman Angelina Casasola, Director Joselito Mercado, Executive Vice President Evelyn Yumul, CDC Vice President for Security Services Group PMGen. Lina Sarmiento (Ret.), Bases Conversion and Development Authority Vice President for Investment Promotions and Marketing Development Erwin Kenneth Peralta, and CILA committee chairpersons Jocelyn Manansala and Engr. Lyn Joceffin Zamora.
The meeting reaffirmed the commitment of CDC, CILA, and Clark stakeholders to strengthen collaboration between government and the private sector in building a skilled workforce capable of supporting the continued growth of businesses and attracting more investments to the Clark Freeport Zone.
