CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — More than 700 residents of Barangay San Esteban in the coastal municipality of Macabebe received free healthcare services and government assistance as the Provincial Government of Pampanga continued its outreach program to bring essential services closer to underserved communities.
Led by Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, the July 3 medical mission provided beneficiaries with free medical consultations, medicines, hygiene kits, and half a sack of rice.

Among those served were 15 patients who underwent minor surgical procedures aboard the province’s Floating Clinic for the removal of cysts and other benign growths. The patients also received post-operative medicines to support their recovery.
In a separate turnover ceremony, the Provincial Government donated two boats to the barangays of Consuelo and San Esteban to improve transportation for residents living in communities that are primarily accessible by waterways. The boats are expected to strengthen access to essential services, particularly during emergencies and routine travel. (Pampanga PIO)
