TARLAC CITY — Authorities have successfully apprehended the region’s most sought-after fugitive in a high-stakes operation conducted yesterday February 1, 2026.

The suspect, identified as a 46-year-old male caretaker and resident of Tarlac City, was arrested at approximately 12:05 PM. The operation was executed by a joint task force led by the 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (Tarlac PPO), supported by the Tarlac City Police Station and various intelligence units of the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3).

The arrest was made based on multiple warrants issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 65, Family Court Branch 11, and Municipal Trial Court in Cities Branch 2. The suspect faces a total of 13 criminal counts related to sexual offenses:

Two (2) counts of Rape: No bail recommended.

Five (5) counts of Attempted Rape: Bail set at ₱120,000 per count.

Six (6) counts of Acts of Lasciviousness: Bail amounts as specified by the issuing courts.

Upon arrest, the suspect was informed of his constitutional rights and is currently being held at the Tarlac City Police Station for documentation and proper legal disposition.

This operation is part of the PNP’s intensified campaign against wanted persons. The Police Regional Office 3 remains steadfast in its mission to eliminate crime and ensure justice for victims.
