SUBIC, Zambales — FIESTA Communities, Inc., the affordable housing brand of Hausland Holdings Incorporated, officially celebrated the Grand Open House of KAYA Homes Subic on July 31, 2026, marking the launch of its newest residential community in Barangays Aningaway-Sacatihan and Pamatawan, Subic, Zambales. The milestone underscores the company’s commitment to providing quality, affordable homes that empower more Filipino families to achieve homeownership.
The launch follows the project’s successful pre-selling event on July 20,2026 and formally introduces KAYA Homes Subic to prospective homeowners, business partners, financial institutions, government representatives, media, and the local community.
Delivering the welcome remarks, Christopher Ryan Tan, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hausland Holdings Incorporated, emphasized the strategic role of affordable housing amid the continued economic growth of Central Luzon. He noted that as investments and employment opportunities continue to expand in Subic, quality housing becomes essential in supporting workers and their families while fostering stronger communities.
In his Project Launch Presentation, Melvin Jason Tan, Chief Operating Officer of FIESTA Communities, Inc., highlighted the company’s journey since establishing its first project in Olongapo in 2009. Over the years, FIESTA Communities has expanded to six successful developments across Olongapo, Subic, and Castillejos, helping thousands of families secure homes they can proudly call their own.
