BOTOLAN, Zambales — National and local government agencies are bringing free rice, social assistance, health services and employment opportunities closer to residents here today September 14, 2026 through the Handog ng Pangulo: Serbisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat at the Botolan People’s Plaza.
The one-stop government service activity will provide residents access to various programs and assistance from participating national agencies and the provincial government of Zambales.
Among the services to be offered are free rice under President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Bawat Bayan Makikinabang program, Sustainable Livelihood Projects and Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

The Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) will provide healthcare services under its YAKAP program, while the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) will conduct a job fair for employment seekers.
Also joining the activity are the Department of Health (DOH), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Philippine National Police (PNP), Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Bureau of Immigration, Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), National Irrigation Administration (NIA) and Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR).
The Zambales provincial government will likewise provide services as part of the government-wide convergence effort.
PhilHealth President and Chief Executive Officer Beverly Lorraine Ho is expected to attend the event as the President’s representative.
The activity seeks to consolidate government services in one venue, allowing residents to access assistance involving social welfare, livelihood, healthcare, employment and other public services without having to visit different government offices.
