MARIVELES, Bataan — The Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) has brought its banking services closer to workers and businesses in the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) through a service booth established at the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) Administration Building.
The service desk began operations on Sept. 21, 2026, giving workers and other members of the FAB community easier access to information and assistance on LANDBANK’s financial products and services.

The initiative is aimed at improving access to financial services within the Freeport, allowing workers and other stakeholders to obtain information and assistance directly at the AFAB Administration Building.
The partnership between LANDBANK and AFAB also supports efforts to make essential financial services more accessible to the Freeport’s growing workforce and business community.
For AFAB, the initiative forms part of its efforts to provide support services that respond to the needs of workers, locators and other stakeholders operating within the Freeport.
The LANDBANK service booth also provides an opportunity for the bank to engage directly with the FAB community and explain available financial products that could support personal, household and other financial needs.
The initiative underscores the role of accessible banking services in supporting workers and businesses as economic activity within the Freeport continues to expand.
