Subic, Zambales – Subic, Zambales local government proudly joined the turnover ceremony of four (4) newly constructed classrooms at Kolehiyo ng Subic, marking another significant milestone in strengthening educational infrastructure for the town’s growing student population.
The new classrooms will soon be ready for use, providing students with improved learning spaces that support a more conducive and effective academic environment.

The local government extends its sincere gratitude to the leadership of the college, headed by Mayor Jonathan D. Khonghun, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Dr. Rosely Agustin, College President, along with the entire KNS community, for their continued commitment to expanding and enhancing the institution’s services.
“These new classrooms represent more than just additional space — they are an investment in the dreams and future of our youth,” said Mayor Khonghun. “As enrollment continues to grow, we remain committed to ensuring that every student in Subic has access to quality education in a safe and comfortable learning environment.”
Dr. Agustin also emphasized the importance of continuous development within the institution. “The addition of these classrooms will greatly enhance our capacity to serve more students while maintaining the quality of instruction that Kolehiyo ng Subic stands for,” she said. “We are grateful for the strong support of the local government and our partners in making this expansion possible.”

Zambales 1st District Representative Jefferson D. Khonghun also expressed his full support for the school’s expansion efforts. “Education is the cornerstone of any community’s progress, and I’m proud to see Subic investing in its future,” said Congressman Khonghun. “These classrooms will help foster the next generation of leaders and professionals who will make a lasting impact in our region.”
These four classrooms are part of a broader development plan aimed at further increasing the school’s facilities. With the steady rise in enrollment from Subic and neighboring municipalities, the expansion is a proactive step toward ensuring that students have access to quality and accessible higher education.
The local government, in partnership with various government agencies, remains steadfast in supporting programs and initiatives that promote improved facilities and deliver quality education for the youth of Subic and nearby communities.
