Aurora – The people of Aurora province joyfully celebrated its 47th founding anniversary, coinciding with the 138th birthday of its namesake, Doña Aurora Aragon-Quezon, in a lively display of local culture and community pride.

Central to the festivities was the Pasidayaw Festival Parade, which brought together participants from all eight municipalities as well as various government offices. The parade featured colorful floats that showcased each town’s unique traditions, local products, and artistry, reflecting the province’s rich cultural heritage.

Residents and visitors lined the streets to enjoy dynamic performances, traditional folk dances, and creative displays, creating a festive atmosphere that highlighted the vibrancy and unity of Aurora’s communities. The event not only honored the province’s history but also reinforced a strong sense of identity and pride among its citizens.

The province looks forward to continuing these celebrations in the years ahead, further promoting local culture, tourism, and community engagement.
