CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — Around 200 accredited hospitals and infirmaries from the provinces of Pampanga, Bataan, Tarlac, and Zambales gathered for the 2026 ReachOut Forum organized by the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) on April 23, 2026 at The Orchid Gardens.

The forum was led by PhilHealth Acting Vice President Atty. Ma. Emily P. Roque, CPA, alongside Acting Branch A Manager Dr. Rowena S. Zabat-San Mateo, with the aim of strengthening collaboration and ensuring efficient delivery of health services among partner healthcare institutions in Central Luzon.

During the event, key PhilHealth officers presented important updates and developments covering accreditation and quality assurance processes, information technology systems, legal concerns, contribution guidelines, membership services, and newly issued PhilHealth benefit packages.

The ReachOut Forum served as a platform for open dialogue between PhilHealth and its partner facilities, allowing participants to raise concerns, clarify policies, and align with the agency’s latest programs and initiatives.

PhilHealth emphasized that the activity forms part of its ongoing commitment to improve healthcare access and services for Filipinos by empowering its accredited partners with up-to-date information and support mechanisms.

The agency continues to encourage active participation from healthcare providers to ensure the effective implementation of its programs under the banner of #MyPhilHealth and #SagotKaNgPhilHealth
