Bulacan, Philippines – Seven Bulakenyo Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) have safely returned home from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia following rising tensions in the Middle East. Their arrival marks the first batch of repatriations from the region.
The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) assured that it will continue supporting returning OFWs, helping them secure new employment opportunities while providing livelihood programs and medical assistance.

Governor Daniel Fernando and the provincial government personally welcomed the returning workers, providing them with rice, groceries, fresh fruits, and ₱10,000 in cash assistance each—a gesture of care and solidarity for those who have sacrificed so much abroad.
“Our OFWs are our heroes,” Governor Fernando said. “We will make sure they are safe, supported, and given every opportunity to rebuild their lives here at home.”
