NEW CLARK CITY, Tarlac — The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and Double 11 Properties Corporation have officially broken ground for the one-hectare D11 Super Station (Phase 1), a mixed-use development that will further enhance New Clark City’s position as a smart, sustainable, and investment-ready metropolis.

The groundbreaking ceremony was led by BCDA President and Chief Executive Officer Joshua M. Bingcang and Double 11 Properties Corporation President Romeo Siccion, marking the start of construction of a modern, full-service super station designed to serve residents, visitors, investors, and motorists traveling through New Clark City.

Targeted for completion in 2027, the D11 Super Station will feature electric vehicle (EV) charging terminals, local and international fast-food restaurants, retail stores, and other commercial establishments, offering convenient and future-ready services that complement the city’s growing residential, commercial, institutional, and tourism developments.

The mixed-use development is expected to become a premier stopover destination within New Clark City, providing modern amenities that support sustainable mobility while enhancing the overall experience of visitors and motorists.

Beyond improving accessibility and convenience, the project is also expected to generate additional revenues for the government, create employment opportunities for nearby communities, and increase commercial activity within the rising metropolis.

For his part, Double 11 Properties Corporation President Romeo Siccion expressed the company’s commitment to supporting New Clark City’s continued transformation through investments that deliver quality infrastructure and services while contributing to inclusive economic growth.

The D11 Super Station supports the administration of President Ferdinand R.
