CLARK FREEPORT, Pampanga — Ukrainian Ambassador to the Philippines Yuliia Fediv visited Clark for the first time on Sept. 9, with discussions focusing on investment opportunities, business cooperation and cultural ties between the Philippines and Ukraine.
Clark Development Corp. (CDC) President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera welcomed Fediv during a courtesy call at the CDC president’s office.
CDC officials presented Clark’s development prospects, investor facilitation programs and its role as a gateway for international businesses.
The meeting also explored potential areas of collaboration as CDC positioned the Clark Freeport as a competitive location for foreign investors.
Fediv later joined a tour of Clark, including a stop at Clark International Airport, where she viewed the Freeport’s infrastructure, facilities and ongoing development projects.
Devanadera also presented the ambassador with a commemorative white stork crafted by Clark-based locator Hansa Creation Inc.
The stork, which symbolizes goodwill and friendship, was presented as part of the cultural exchange between the two countries and highlighted the capabilities of enterprises operating inside the Clark Freeport.
Fediv said it was her first visit to Clark and noted that she had received positive feedback about the Freeport from members of the diplomatic community.
The CDC said engagements with foreign diplomats form part of its efforts to strengthen international partnerships, promote investment opportunities and deepen people-to-people ties.
The visit also provided an opportunity to showcase Clark’s expanding infrastructure and business ecosystem as the Freeport continues to attract international interest.
