MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — Families affected by recent flooding in Mabalacat City are set to receive food assistance from the Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC), which has turned over relief packages containing rice and canned goods to the city government.

The relief goods will be distributed to affected families in various barangays as they recover from the impact of the flooding.

CIAC Human Resources Department Manager Gerry Naguit and Director Noel Tulabut led the turnover of the relief assistance to Mabalacat City Mayor Gerald Guttrie Aquino.

The initiative is part of CIAC’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program and reflects the airport operator’s continuing commitment to supporting communities and stakeholders during emergencies.

CIAC said the assistance forms part of its efforts to work with local government units in responding to the immediate needs of communities affected by disasters.

The relief packages are expected to provide essential food supplies to affected households as they work toward recovery.
