HERMOSA, Bataan — The Municipality of Hermosa was named Best On-Site Promotion Booth during the Tuklas Bataan: The Bataan Tourism Expo 2026, held from Sept. 25 to 27, 2026, at SM City Bataan, recognizing the municipality’s efforts to promote its tourism destinations, culture and local attractions.
Mayor Anne Lorraine Inton congratulated the municipal Tourism Office, led by Bea Lim, for securing the recognition, which she said reflected the collective effort and dedication of the team and stakeholders who helped showcase Hermosa during the three-day tourism expo.
Inton also thanked the individuals and performers who contributed to Hermosa’s presentation, including Binibining Hermosa 2026 Fiona Samaniego, Mr. Homeland Philippines Masters of the World 2026 Cholo Tiong, and Mister Tourism World Philippines 2026–Bataan Darcy Salenga.

The mayor said the award underscores Hermosa’s continuing efforts to promote its tourism, culture and local resources while strengthening the municipality’s presence in Bataan’s tourism industry.
She described the recognition as a collective achievement of the Hermosa community, thanking everyone who helped organize and support the municipality’s participation in the expo.
The performances and presentations at the Hermosa booth also highlighted the municipality’s local identity and tourism offerings, providing visitors with a closer look at the town’s cultural assets and attractions.
Inton said the municipality will continue working with the Tourism Office, local stakeholders and the community to promote Hermosa and develop its tourism potential.
She urged residents to take part in promoting the town’s attractions, culture and resources, emphasizing that the award reflects the collective efforts of the people of Hermosa.
The Tuklas Bataan: The Bataan Tourism Expo 2026 brought together tourism stakeholders and participating municipalities from across the province from Sept. 25 to 27, providing a venue to showcase Bataan’s destinations, products, culture and tourism experiences.
