The store offers fresh agricultural products and locally sourced goods, providing farmers with another channel to sell their harvests and reach consumers within the police camp.
For agricultural producers, the additional market can help sustain demand for local goods. For police personnel and their families, access to reasonably priced food products provides an alternative for managing daily household spending.
The Kadiwa ng Pangulo program promotes direct marketing arrangements designed to improve farmers’ access to buyers and make agricultural products more affordable for consumers.
The initiative highlights the economic benefits of linking local producers with institutional markets, supporting agricultural livelihoods while helping ease food costs for participating consumers.
Through the program, the OCPO is strengthening community partnerships that support local agriculture and improve access to essential food products for its personnel and their families.
