SM Active Hub marks its first anniversary with a nationwide Free Play Weekend happening on April 11–12, bringing fun and fitness-filled activities to SM malls across the country, including SM City Olongapo Central and SM City Olongapo Downtown.
The two-day celebration invites everyone—regardless of age or fitness level—to move, play, and connect through exciting activities such as community runs, pickleball, and Hyrox-inspired experiences. Move with the Community at SM City Olongapo Downtown At SM City Olongapo Downtown, fitness enthusiasts and first-time runners alike are invited to join the Community Run on Saturday, April 11, at 5:00 PM at the roofdeck. Led by Run Apo Club, the run is designed to be fun, inclusive, and pressure-free. Participants can run at their own pace, meet fellow runners, and enjoy simple cooldown and recovery activities afterward—perfect for anyone looking to get moving in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Play and Rally at SM City Olongapo Central Meanwhile, SM City Olongapo Central turns up the excitement with a Pickleball Open Play on Saturday, April 11, from 5:00 to 11:00 PM. Pickleball fans and curious beginners are welcome to take part in open play sessions and interactive moments, sharing the court with some of the city’s favorite pickleball players. It’s a great opportunity to learn the game, play with the community, and experience the fast-growing sport firsthand.
