City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Strengthening its commitment to education and professional excellence, the Provincial Government of Pampanga awarded financial incentives to 68 newly licensed professionals who successfully passed their respective board examinations this year.

The recognition ceremony, led by Governor Lilia Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis Pineda, highlighted the province’s continuing investment in its people — particularly in young Kapampangans who exemplify determination, perseverance, and excellence.

The honorees include:

50 newly licensed Social Workers

16 newly licensed Certified Public Accountants (CPAs)

Each passer received financial assistance of up to ₱15,000, serving both as a reward for their achievement and as support as they begin their professional careers.

Also present during the distribution were Board Members Fritzie David Dizon, Kaye Naguit, Christian Halili, and Cherry Manalo, along with Chief of Staff Angelina Blanco and Provincial Librarian Jasmine Cordero.

Governor Pineda emphasized that the initiative reflects the Capitol’s belief that education remains one of the strongest foundations for community development. By supporting board passers, the Provincial Government reinforces its vision of building a skilled, empowered, and service-driven generation of professionals.
