Subic Bay Freeport – PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr., Regional Director of Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3), led a group of police personnel in the Subic International Marathon 2026, held on February 7-8 at REMY Field, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olongapo City.
The event, themed “Run with Heart and Purpose”, saw participation from PLTGEN Bernard Banac, members of the PNP Directorial Staff, and PRO3 personnel. It underscored the PNP’s commitment to physical fitness, teamwork, and public service as part of the ongoing push to build a resilient police force.
The marathon highlighted the PNP’s Focused Agenda of Protecting the People, Pursuing Peace and Order, and Promoting Professionalism, with the overarching goal of fulfilling its mission of Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat at Nararamdaman (Fast, Honest, and Felt Service). Through events like these, the PNP emphasizes the importance of health and wellness for effective and sustainable public service.
