TARLAC CITY, Tarlac — The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office III, in partnership with the Tarlac City Government and the Provincial Government of Tarlac, formally led the groundbreaking ceremony for the Central Luzon Integrated Agricultural Laboratory Building at the Central Luzon Integrated Agricultural Research Center (CLIARC) for Lowland Development in Barangay Paraiso.
The ceremony, held on May 5, 2026 in Tarlac City, marks a major step in strengthening agricultural research and laboratory services in Central Luzon.

The project involves the construction of a modern, centralized facility that will house the Integrated Laboratories Division. It aims to enhance research capabilities, improve diagnostic services, and streamline laboratory operations to better serve farmers, researchers, and other stakeholders in the region.
Once completed, the facility is expected to provide faster, more accurate agricultural testing and support innovative farming practices, ultimately contributing to increased productivity and sustainability in the agriculture sector.
Officials said the initiative underscores the government’s commitment to modernizing agricultural infrastructure and ensuring food security, as it continues to invest in programs that will benefit the farming community across Central Luzon.
