CLARK FREEPORT, Pampanga — The relaunch of Deco Central Reimagined on June 25 marked a significant step toward expanding the market reach of Pampanga’s furniture industry, bringing together 27 manufacturers under one showroom to promote world-class Filipino craftsmanship to local and international buyers.

Located at Building N5310 Centennial Road in the Clark Freeport Zone, the newly reimagined showroom serves as a one-stop destination for premium furniture and home furnishings made by manufacturers from Pampanga and Central Luzon. The initiative aims to enhance the visibility of locally crafted products while positioning Clark as a premier hub for furniture design, manufacturing, and trade.

By consolidating leading furniture makers under a unified brand, Deco Central enables manufacturers to collectively market their products, strengthen industry partnerships, and access broader domestic and export opportunities.

Former President and Pampanga Second District Representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, who served as guest of honor during the relaunch, described the initiative as a symbol of the industry’s resilience and continued evolution.

“Deco Central Reimagined speaks of optimism, creativity, and transformation,” Arroyo said, recalling how Philippine furniture manufacturers successfully shifted to sustainable products in response to changing global demand. She emphasized that today’s evolving market presents new opportunities that require the same spirit of innovation and collaboration.

The Clark Development Corporation (CDC), led by President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera, expressed its continued support for initiatives that strengthen Clark’s manufacturing sector and promote investment opportunities within the Freeport. Pampanga Governor Lilia Pineda was likewise recognized for supporting the local furniture industry, with Pampanga-made furniture now featured at the Pampanga Provincial Hospital-Clark.

According to Philip Repato, president of PHILEXPORT Region III and owner of Philiana Design Furniture, the relaunch is intended to increase public awareness of Deco Central while encouraging consumers to support locally manufactured furniture.

“World-class Filipino craftsmanship is alive, thriving, and proudly showcased right here in Clark,” Repato said.

Industry leaders believe the revitalized showroom will not only boost sales for participating manufacturers but also reinforce Pampanga’s reputation as one of the country’s leading furniture production centers, creating new opportunities for exporters, designers, artisans, and local enterprises.
