Angeles City, Pampanga — ARAW-ACI, in partnership with Balibago Waterworks Systems, Inc. (BWSI), mounted a thought-provoking art exhibit on April 23, 2026, at the BWSI Maligaya Head Office, reinforcing a unified message of environmental responsibility in celebration of Earth Day.
Anchored on the theme “IF NOT US, THEN WHO?”, the exhibit delivered a compelling visual narrative that underscored the urgency of protecting the environment. Through various artistic expressions, the initiative aimed to spark awareness and encourage immediate action toward sustainability.
The event gathered key figures from the arts and corporate sectors, including Norman Tiotuico, Assistant Secretary for Visual Arts of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA); BWSI President Criselle Alejandro; ARAW-ACI Vice-President Sonny Dobles; and Director Jumbo Tayag.

Featured artworks were created by a diverse group of artists, including Norman Tiotuico, Badet Tiotuico, Edille Paras, Long Melo, Mini Zamora-Arceo, Heidy Macabenta, Camille Pingul, Johnny Guarin, Ten Pagalunan, Mikaela Uclaray, and Erlin M. Due. Their pieces explored themes of environmental preservation, human impact, and the urgent need for collective responsibility.
Organizers highlighted that the exhibit goes beyond artistic display, serving as a platform to engage communities in meaningful conversations about environmental protection and the role each individual plays in safeguarding natural resources.
With growing environmental concerns worldwide, the collaboration between ARAW-ACI and BWSI demonstrates how art and advocacy can come together to inspire change—reminding everyone that the responsibility to care for the planet lies in our hands.
