This year, PhilHealth Region III is offering Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) registration services, allowing Filipinos to register with PhilHealth and apply for their PhilSys National ID in a single visit.
Clients visiting PhilHealth Local Health Insurance Offices may also process their PhilSys registration and National ID through PSA representatives with the following schedules: * PhilHealth Angeles City, Pampanga – Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm * PhilHealth Bataan – Tuesday and Wednesday, 8am-5pm * PhilHealth Tarlac – Every Friday, 8am-5pm * PhilHealth Olongapo – Every Monday, 8am-5pm * PhilHealth Malolos, Bulacan – Every Friday, 8am-5pm * PhilHealth Gapan, Nueva Ecija – Every Monday, 8am-5pm * PhilHealth Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija – Every Friday, 8am-5pm * PhiHealth Baler – Monday and Thursday, 8am-5pm

The initiative is part of PhilHealth’s continuing efforts to simplify membership registration and make government services more accessible and convenient for Filipinos. Through the one-stop service, members can complete both transactions in one location, saving time and transportation costs.
“Our goal is simple: every visit to PhilHealth should be productive, convenient, and worthwhile. By bringing essential government services together, we are making it easier for more Filipinos to register with PhilHealth and access the health benefits available to them,” said PhilHealth President and CEO Dr. Edwin M. Mercado.
Dr. Mercado said the initiative supports President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s directive to streamline government processes and improve the ease of doing business by making public services faster, more efficient, and more responsive to the needs of Filipinos.
Aside from the integrated onsite service, individuals may also register and update their membership records through the PhilHealth Member Portal and the eGovPH Super App. Members may likewise contact the PhilHealth Action Center 24/7 through (02) 8662-2588 or the Click-to-Call facility available on the PhilHealth website at www.philhealth.gov.ph.
By making both onsite and digital services more accessible, PhilHealth continues to remove barriers to membership registration and bring healthcare closer to every Filipino in support of the Universal Health Care Act.
