CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) has successfully arrested all Top 10 Regional Most Wanted Persons (RMWPs) for June 2026 within just three days, from June 1 to 3, highlighting the effectiveness of intensified manhunt operations and intelligence-driven law enforcement efforts across Central Luzon.

According to PRO3, the arrested fugitives were facing serious criminal charges, including statutory rape, qualified rape, acts of lasciviousness, murder, and violations of Republic Act No. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. Some of the suspects had been evading arrest for several years, with warrants dating back to 2018.

The accomplishment was attributed to the sustained coordination among police units and the implementation of focused intelligence and tracking operations that led to the swift apprehension of the wanted individuals.

PRO3 Regional Director Police Brigadier General Jess B. Mendez commended the operating units for their dedication and professionalism in carrying out the operations.

“The swift arrest of all Top Regional Most Wanted Persons for June in less than a week reflects the dedication, coordination, and relentless efforts of our operating units across Central Luzon,” Mendez said.

He emphasized that the accomplishment demonstrates the police force’s commitment to ensuring that fugitives are brought before the courts and that communities remain safe and secure.

Mendez further noted that the successful operation sends a strong message that no fugitive is beyond the reach of the law and reaffirmed PRO3’s commitment to sustaining aggressive manhunt operations in support of public safety and the swift administration of justice.

The accomplishment aligns with the Philippine National Police’s Focused Agenda, particularly in strengthening law enforcement operations, enhancing public safety, and ensuring accountability through the continuous pursuit of wanted persons. (Jason de Asis)
