Clark Freeport – The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) once again placed the Philippines on the regional stage after securing both Gold and Bronze distinctions at the 2026 Asia Pacific Stevie Awards, recognizing outstanding achievements in communication and public sector innovation.

Out of more than a thousand entries across the Asia-Pacific region, BCDA emerged as a top performer, becoming the only Philippine government agency to receive a Gold Stevie Award this year. The recognition highlights the agency’s growing influence in strategic communication and its commitment to transparency and nation-building initiatives.

BCDA’s 2024 Annual Report, titled “Big, Bold Moves,” earned the Gold Stevie Award for its compelling storytelling and clear presentation of the agency’s programs, milestones, and development efforts. The report was praised for effectively communicating complex infrastructure and transformation projects in a way that builds public trust and stakeholder confidence.

Adding to its achievements, BCDA’s campaign “One Clark: The Launchpad of a Nation in Motion” received a Bronze Stevie Award. The initiative showcased Clark’s expanding role as a key economic and investment hub, emphasizing its contribution to national growth and regional development.

The awards were given in recognition of BCDA’s strong commitment to quality communication, transparency, and engagement with stakeholders. According to the agency, the recognition reflects its continuing efforts to uphold high standards in public service and promote a culture of innovation within government operations.

BCDA officials said the achievement serves as motivation to further strengthen programs that support development in Clark and other major conversion areas. It also reinforces the agency’s goal of fostering trust, encouraging collaboration, and positioning the Philippines as a competitive player in the global investment landscape.

The 2026 Asia Pacific Stevie Awards celebrate organizations across the region that demonstrate excellence in business, government, and communications, making BCDA’s dual win a significant milestone for the Philippine public sector.
